SES Graduate Students Win Fellowships

Two graduate students in the School of Earth Sciences have won prestigious graduate fellowships. Kelly Duerling is pursuing her MSc on the geochemistry of aeolian transported dust in the McMurdo Dry Valleys, Antarctica with Dr. Berry Lyons and won a National Science Foundation Fellowship. Stephen Levas is pursuing his Ph on coral bleaching with Dr. Andrea Grottoli and won a 3-year Ford Foundation Minority Fellowship.
